She advises a wide range of companies, government bodies, special interest organisations and other semi-public institutions.
Harmke holds a master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law. During her studies, she completed an exchange at the University of Geneva, where she focused on international commercial law, and an exchange at Science Po, where she focused on French and EU public law. She furthermore writes case commentaries on public interest litigations and the Settling of Large-scale Losses or Damage (Class Actions) Act (Wet afwikkeling massaschade in collectieve actie; WAMCA).
