Fleur de Wit

Fleur advises clients on a broad range of EU and competition law matters, including multi-jurisdictional merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) regulation, as well as complex domestic and cross-border competition law issues. Her clients include a wide range of leading domestic and international clients, both listed and privately held.

In addition to her competition law practice, Fleur has experience in corporate law matters, including national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private and public M&A, private equity and joint ventures.

Fleur obtained a master's degree in European Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam. She is a member of the Dutch Competition Law Association (VvM) and the Dutch Investment Screening Association (VvI).
