Stibbe has represented JTI in a complex pension litigation matter regarding pension indexation. Multiple pension arrangements and pension insurers were involved.

Stibbe advises the Municipality of The Hague, Housing Association Staedion, and Heijmans on a major inner city restructuring in The Hague area, consisting of the (re)development of 5,500 houses, commercial real estate and public areas.

Stibbe is actively engaged in legal cases on behalf of Bureau Clara Wichmann, a women's rights NGO, concerning government oversight of transvaginal pelvic floor mats (bekkenbodemmatjes).

Stibbe advises an industrial company on end of waste criteria and waste shipment regulations, in light of projects focused on the re-use and recycling of residual material. The goal of this project is a transition towards a circular process.

Stibbe advised Patrizia on behalf of its pan-European residential fund “Living Cities” on the acquisition from Besix RED of Evenepoel Properties SA who owns the Viridis project. Besix RED will ensure the turnkey development until completion.
