Stibbe represents over 200 primary school boards in their administrative proceedings against the State Secretary for Primary and Secondary Education (the Secretary).

Stibbe provides legal assistance to The Hague, Dordrecht and several other municipalities in ongoing cases concerning inadequate central government funding for social assistance tasks.

Stibbe staat Den Haag, Dordrecht en verschillende andere gemeenten bij in lopende zaken over ontoereikende financiering van de bijstandstaak door het Rijk. Dit is een van de taken die gemeenten in medebewind uitvoeren.

In 2018 heeft het College van Toezicht Auteursrechten (CvTA) Sena een bindende instructie gegeven om bepaalde overeenkomsten met NPO, RPO en NLPO als standaardlicentieovereenkomsten en tarieven op haar website te publiceren.

In 2018, the Copyright Supervisory Board (College van Toezicht Auteursrechten, “CvTA”) issued a binding instruction to Sena to publish certain agreements with NPO, RPO, and NLPO as standard license agreements and rates on its website.

Stibbe advised Bausch + Lomb on the issuance of EUR 675 million senior secured notes by Bausch + Lomb Netherlands BV and Bausch & Lomb Incorporated.
