Services
We have ample experience in life insurance with a particular focus on pensions and benefits, and investment insurance schemes. We also cover all non-life insurance taken out by businesses, including property insurance, professional indemnity insurance, fire and explosion insurance, D&O insurance, credit risk insurance and W&I insurance. Furthermore, we act on matters pertaining to special risks such as business interruption, cyber risk, product liability, environmental liability, project and construction risk, fidelity, event cancellation and transport.
Our litigation team handles the full range of matters from mass claims to complex domestic and cross-border insurance and reinsurance disputes before arbitral tribunals and state courts (including the Dutch Supreme Court / Hoge Raad). Of particular note is our continuing assistance to Brussels Airport Company and its fire and explosion insurer with regard to the consequences of the terrorist attacks of 22 March 2016.
