Wouter Ghijsels

Wouter works closely with his clients to ensure he clearly understands their business and legal needs, allowing him to provide effective and practical advice. 

He advises clients on a wide variety of complex domestic and cross-border financial transactions. His significant experience in these areas allows him to advise on syndicated lending, acquisition finance, debt capital markets, property finance, secured transactions, project finance and leveraged management buyouts.

Wouter graduated in law from the University of Antwerp (UA) in 2001 and subsequently from the School of Law at King’s College London, with a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree.
