Wouter is the Managing Partner of the Brussels office of Stibbe. He advises financial institutions, corporate, and public sector clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financial transactions.

Wouter has particular expertise in syndicated lending, acquisition finance, direct lending, property finance, project finance, and leveraged/management buyouts. He works closely with Stibbe's corporate and real estate partners. 

Wouter graduated in Law from the University of Antwerp in 2001. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from King’s College London (2002) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Taxation from Fiscale Hogeschool (2003). 

Wouter joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2002.
