Sophie focuses mainly on public liability law, public employment law (civil service, including public pensions), public finance law, the restructuring of public bodies and the division of powers within the Belgian federal state. She drafts administrative decisions and legislative and regulatory texts. She also represents clients before the courts, the Council of State and the Constitutional Court.

Sophie graduated in law from the Université catholique de Louvain in 2012. During her higher education, she completed an internship at the Constitutional Court. Sophie was also a teaching assistant for the administrative law course at the law faculty of Université Saint-Louis – Bruxelles from 2012 to 2018. She joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2012.
