Anneleen assists all construction and real estate industry players in high-profile transactions and large-scale development projects. She drafts contracts, advises, and handles legal proceedings relating to real estate and construction.
She graduated in law from KU Leuven (2011) and has a complementary master’s degree in notarial law from Ghent University (2012). She joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2012.
Anneleen was seconded to a New York law firm for four months in 2017, where she acquired additional and valuable international experience in different types of projects in various markets involving many global players and in ways of doing business altogether. She was a teaching assistant at KU Leuven from 2011 to 2012 and a teaching assistant in property law at the University of Antwerp from 2013 to 2014. In addition, Anneleen has been the case-law coordinator for the Flemish real estate and construction law journal Tijdschrift voor Bouwrecht en Onroerend goed from 2015 to 2021.
