These insights are intended to be applicable irrespective of jurisdictions, illustrated by real-life situations and easy to read for individuals without a legal background.
TMT Associate Sarah De Wulf and Litigation & Arbitration Associate Malik Baba co-authored this book. Sarah wrote chapter IV on regulatory and data protection. Malik authored chapter VI on relevant contractual clauses and dispute prevention.
