Malik handles various legal matters for clients from diverse industries, in particular construction, energy, pharmaceutical, insurance, and banking. He provides assistance across a wide range of legal areas, including construction law, post-M&A disputes, banking law, insurance law, and the enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments.
Malik graduated with a master’s degree in Civil and Criminal Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2016. He also holds an advanced master’s degree in Corporate Law from KU Leuven (2019). In 2023, Malik obtained an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, where he served as a board member of the Columbia International Arbitration Association (CIAA). He completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) in 2025.
Malik is a member of CEPANI40 and a teaching assistant in the Law of Obligations at the ULB. He joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2018.
