This website provides key insights to our partners by collecting the most important news, publications and case law in one place, supplemented by our commentary.

Digital Economy

Significant technological developments have brought lasting change to our economy. These developments change the way companies do business, creating new legal challenges along the way. The new Digital Economy website serves as a guide to understanding the legal impact of technological developments in the broadest sense: with topics ranging from Fintech to ethical artificial intelligence.

The website is designed for anyone interested in the impact of technological developments and their legal consequences, including corporations, tech startups, legal counsel, students, journalists, politicians, scientists or anyone else interested in the digital economy.
