Op die manier wordt uitdrukkelijk aangegeven dat de bevoegdheid van de ondernemingsrechtbank om kennis te nemen van de nietigheidsvordering ten aanzien van de besluiten van organen van rechtspersonen niet geldt voor de handelingen die uitgaan van administratieve overheden.
