Short Reads - Op 8 april 2020 is het voorstel voor de Tijdelijke wet COVID-19 Justitie en Veiligheid bij de Tweede Kamer ingediend. Dit wetsvoorstel maakt het onder meer mogelijk dat rechtspersonen onafhankelijk van wat er in de statuten staat kunnen bepalen dat vergaderingen slechts via elektronische weg toegankelijk zijn voor de vergadergerechtigden en bepaalde wettelijke termijnen kunnen worden verlengd. De verwachting is dat de wet spoedig in werking kan treden.
