Pension Funds

We assist a broad range of Benelux and international corporations, pension funds and insurance companies in major issues and day-to-day matters relating to their pension funds.

Our multidisciplinary practice focuses on all aspects of pension fund related matters. Areas on which we advise include pension and pension funds regulation, pension fund governance, regulatory and compliance matters, investment management, corporate social responsibility matters, and the establishment or liquidation of pension funds.

Furthermore, we assist our clients in the setting up, restructuring, merger or split of a pension fund and in drafting the necessary corporate governance documents. We also advise on directors’ liabilities and policies, and assist in negotiating the different contracts the pension fund will enter into. In addition, we provide compliance support to several pension funds.

Our international contacts with pensions specialists in other leading law firms allow us to provide our clients with the assistance of local in-depth pensions knowledge for European and international projects.
