Bestuursrechter bevestigt: de NOW kent geen ‘hardheidsclausule’ voor uitzonderlijke omstandigheden

Werkgevers die een NOW-subsidie aanvragen, maar niet voldoen aan alle vereisten, hebben geen recht op deze NOW-subsidie, ook niet in ‘uitzonderlijke gevallen’. Zo oordeelt een rechtbank in de eerste gepubliceerde bestuursrechtelijke uitspraak over de NOW.
