The Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies has adopted a law that extends the possibility to hold meetings without physical attendance until 31/12/2022 and thereby amends the law of 23/09/2020 on the holding of meetings in companies and other legal entities.

Aanleiding

Het was aanvankelijk de bedoeling dat uitgevende instellingen hun jaarlijkse financiële verslaggeving over boekjaar 2020 in een uniform elektronisch verslaggevingsformaat (ESEF) zouden moeten publiceren.

Het Hof van beroep te Gent oordeelde dat het actief benaderen van klanten van een concurrent, door gebruik te maken van een onrechtmatig verkregen klantenlijst, onrechtmatige afwerving is en de bedrijfsgeheimen schendt.

La Cour d'appel de Gand a jugé que le fait d'approcher activement les clients d'un concurrent, en utilisant une liste de clients obtenue illégalement, constitue un débauchage illégal et viole les secrets commerciaux.
