Stibbe Luxembourg lawyers co-author the second edition of the SFDR Implementation Guide
Edouard d'Anterroches (Partner) and Nicolas Pradel (Senior Associate) co-authored the second edition of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) Implementation Guide published on 11 April 2023 by the Association des Banques et Banquiers, Luxembourg (ABBL), the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the Association des Companies d’Assurances et de Réassurances (ACA) and Stibbe.
The second edition of the SFDR Guide was prepared by Stibbe at the joint request of the ABBL, ALFI and ACA, and provides a fully updated version of the guide since the publication of its first edition in March 2021. It includes references to the main key points of all European Supervisory Authorities, ESMA, CSSF and CAA communications on the SFDR since March 2021 and much more.
It aims to help ABBL, ALFI and ACA members in their business decisions with regard to the implementation of SFDR rules in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which is both a legal and operational challenge, and constitutes a useful and general interpretation tool in that respect.
The SFDR Guide has been prepared for information purposes and is available for ABBL, ALFI and ACA's members only.
