Stibbe congratulates Insight Venture Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in SecureW2, the post-closing of which was recently finalized. Insight Venture Partners is a New York-based private equity fund that invests in high-growth technology and software companies. SecureW2, a Dutch provider, offers cloud-based solutions for customers seeking to enhance network security. SecureW2 delivers next-generation passwordless network security and identification control for enterprises, education, healthcare, and service providers globally.
