Stibbe Capital Markets Seminar
On Thursday 20 June 2024, Stibbe will host its annual Capital Markets Seminar. This year, the seminar will discuss “The case for Amsterdam listings – now and in the future”.
A panel of professionals will engage in an interactive discussion on the characteristics of Euronext Amsterdam as a listing platform and certain governance features, including multiple-vote share structures. The discussion will also explore how companies can use a bond offering as a stepping stone to an IPO.
The panel will consist of:

- Willem Kröner (Head of Equity Capital Markets at Rabobank)

The seminar will be held at the offices of Stibbe in Amsterdam. The doors will open at 15:00 CEST and the seminar itself will commence at 15:30 CEST. You are warmly invited for drinks afterwards. The event will be held in English.
