Stibbe appoints two new Counsel

We are pleased to announce that Stibbe Amsterdam has appointed Monique van der Linden (Criminal Law and Enforcement) and Rogier van der Struijk (Tax Law) as Counsel effective 1 July 2023. These appointments further strengthen our Tax Law and Criminal Law and Enforcement practices, respectively.

Monique van der Linden is part of Stibbe’s Criminal Law and Enforcement team. Monique advises high-profile companies, including their directors and employees, in complex matters related to economic offences such as fraud, corruption, money laundering and forgery. Monique also assists in environmental criminal law cases and has specialist expertise in the market relating to audit firms and accountancy.

Rogier van der Struijk has been with Stibbe since 2018. Rogier specialises in international corporate taxation of Dutch and foreign multinationals. He regularly advises clients on complex matters such as tax advice on cross-border structuring and corporate reorganisations. He is also a member of Stibbe’s tax controversy practice and is currently a deputy judge at the District Court of Arnhem.
