Stibbe Annual Debt Finance seminar
The Stibbe Annual Debt Finance seminar will take place on Thursday 12 March 2026 from 16.00 to 17.30 CET at our office in Amsterdam.
During the seminar, our debt capital markets specialists and external debt finance professionals will discuss opportunities in debt capital markets for Dutch borrowers and issuers, including in European markets and in the context of the Savings and Investment Union proposals. They will examine the legal challenges currently facing financial market participants and consider how these might be addressed in 2026 and beyond.
This seminar is aimed at professionals from large corporations operating in the Netherlands and the financial sector, as well as CFOs, treasurers and in-house legal counsel who regularly engage in debt finance transactions.
