Stibbe advises tobacco producers on regulatory matters

Stibbe advised tobacco producers on a range of regulatory matters concerning tobacco and related legislation. This included guidance on the launch of new products, implementation of the Tobacco Directive on product packaging, and plain packaging in Belgium. We also assisted in drafting contracts and represented clients in national court procedures related to prohibited tobacco advertising, competition claims, and procedures before the Court of Justice.
