Stibbe assisted a group of Flemish cable companies with the sale of its analog and digital television activities to Telenet and the use of part of the cable network in Flanders.

With the sale, parties also settled a lengthy dispute on their respective rights over the network and amongst others regarding iDTV. (value: EUR 427 million).
