Stibbe advises an absence administration company

Advising in a dawn raid performed by the Dutch Data Protection Authority relating to the processing of personal data by an absence administration company acting on behalf of several companies. Stibbe also assisted with the follow-up work, in order to get the company privacy compliant and to prevent sanctions. Among others, we drafted internal data handling policies and awareness training for the company's personnel.
