Stibbe advised the A-Lanes A15 Mobility consortium on the refinancing of the A15 Maasvlakte-Vaanplein PPP project.

The consortium consists of Strukton and Ballast Nedam and is responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the A15, a major arterial road between the expanding port and industrial area of Rotterdam and the European hinterland.
The A15 MaVa project is the single largest infrastructure project that was ever awarded by the Dutch Directorate-General for Public Water Management.
Stibbe is advising the consortium on a bet-the-company dispute with the State of the Netherlands. regarding the performance criteria applicable to the highway section within the project.
