Yoann Daou
Yoann focuses on the setup of alternative investment vehicles and advises clients on all matters relating to the structuring, regulatory, and ongoing operation, including corporate and operational matters, of investment fund vehicles such as SIFs, SICARs, RAIFs, partnership structures, and various types of unregulated investment structures.

His key areas of expertise include private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt funds, and fund of funds.
Yoann holds a master’s degree in International Financial Law from King’s College London, United Kingdom (2015) as well as a master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg (2016). He also obtained a certificate of completion for additional courses on Luxembourg law (CCDL) at the Ministry of Justice in Luxembourg (2017).
Prior to joining Stibbe in 2019, Yoann gained some work experience at a leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg.
