Vince provides strategic intellectual property counsel across litigation, advisory, and transactional matters. He combines deep expertise in European and Benelux trade mark law with practical institutional experience gained within the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Vince provides strategic intellectual property counsel across litigation, advisory, and transactional matters. He combines deep expertise in European and Benelux trade mark law with practical institutional experience gained within the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Drawing on his experience within the Legal Department of the EUIPO (2020–2021) prior to joining Stibbe, Vince represents clients before Belgian and European courts, as well as administrative authorities. He advises on the full spectrum of intellectual property law, including trade marks, patents, designs, geographical indications, copyrights, trade names, and know-how protection. His practice also covers domain name disputes, personality rights, and unfair market practices.
Vince is a member of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA) and the Benelux Association for Trade Mark and Design Law (BMM), and contributes to the editorial team of IRDI – Intellectuele Rechten / Droits Intellectuels, published by Wolters Kluwer.
He holds a Master’s degree in Law (2019) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (2020), both from KU Leuven.
