Tom advises companies and senior management facing allegations of fraud and a wide range of other economic criminal offences.
He obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Criminal Law from the VU University in Amsterdam in 2023, with a thesis focusing on the right to remain silent of the accused company and their directors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Business Economics from the same university.
