He advises multinational clients, including major private equity firms, hedge funds, and non-regulated real estate funds with a focus on (re)structuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, management incentives plans, and other corporate governance matters. 

Sébastien obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Law followed by a Diploma of University in elementary training for businesses in banking from the University of Lorraine, France in 2018. He also holds a master's degree in Financial Engineering and Corporate Finance from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises in Poitiers, France.

Prior to joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2024, Sébastien practiced as an M&A and corporate lawyer for several years.
