Sandro has extensive experience in Belgian corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
He advises Belgian and international clients, including private equity funds, strategic investors, and growth companies on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, both on the sell-side and the buy-side.
Sandro holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Ghent University (2019) and a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven (2021). Before joining Stibbe in 2025, Sandro spent six years in the Corporate/M&A practices of two prominent Belgian law firms.
In addition to his practice, Sandro regularly authors articles and contributes to legal handbooks in the field of corporate law and M&A.
