Pierrick advises multinational companies, financial institutions, regulated and unregulated investment entities on their tax structuring, corporate reorganisations, and cross-border transactions. He also has extensive expertise in tax structuring for high-net-worth individuals. Furthermore, he advises on transfer pricing issues and VAT applied to the financial and investment fund industry.
Pierrick holds a master’s degree in Business Law (cum laude) from the University of Poitiers (2019), a master’s degree in Tax Law (magna cum laude) from the University of Toulouse I Capitole, France (2020), and a master’s degree in International Taxation (cum laude) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, France (2021). Additionally, he is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Luxembourg Bar since 2023.
