Marine advises clients on both regulated and unregulated investment funds, as well as on a broad range of asset management matters. Her practice focuses particularly on private equity, debt and infrastructure, fund-of-funds, and real estate strategies.

Marine advises private equity firms and other asset managers on funds set-up, fundraising, ongoing operations, and regulatory matters. Marine is also experienced in establishing and advising management companies and AIFMs in Luxembourg.
Marine holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law (2019), a master’s degree in International Business Law from the Institut de Droit des Affaires d’Aix-Marseille (2018), and a master’s degree in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Aix (2016).
Before joining Stibbe in October 2025, Marine gained experience in the corporate and asset management & investment funds practices of a Magic Circle firm and a leading Luxembourg law firm. There, she advised private equity firms, asset managers, DFIs, and other financial institutions on investment operations, including fund reviews, due diligence, and negotiation of terms.
