Julia specialises in administrative and constitutional law.
She focuses on public procurement, concessions, public contracts, public-private partnerships (PPPs), public undertakings, public labour law, fundamental rights and public-law-governed entities.
Julia obtained a master’s degree in Public Law and International Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2017. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in EU Law from Queen Mary University of London (2018). She has been a teaching assistant at the Université Saint-Louis - Brussels since 2020.
Julia joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2018.
