Jeanine Timman - Clabbers
Through a collaborative and pragmatic approach, Jeanine advises a wide range of national and international clients. Her key areas of expertise include corporate restructuring, (cross border) mergers and demergers, private equity and corporate governance.
Jeanine holds a bachelor's degree in Dutch law from the University of Utrecht, where she took part in the honors programme at Utrecht Law College (cum laude - 2012) and a master's degree in notarial law from the same university (cum laude - 2013).
She completed the Royal Dutch Association of Civil law notaries programme (cum laude – 2017). Furthermore, she was a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam for the course 'contract drafting' for the honors programme 'Amsterdam Law Firm'.
Jeanine was previously seconded to a Dutch bank and internationally renowned energy producer where she gained invaluable experience. She worked in our London office for two years.
