Hannes focuses on Belgian corporate law, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investments.
He holds a master’s degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2022) and completed an intensive course in corporate tax at Fiscale Hogeschool (2024).
Before joining the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2026, Hannes worked for three and a half years as a lawyer in the corporate and M&A department of a Belgian law firm in Brussels.
