Emily specialises in advising clients in the energy and industrial sectors on regulatory matters, disputes, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate agreements, including in relation to offshore wind farms, power plants and hydrogen projects.

Emily specialises in advising clients in the energy and industrial sectors on regulatory matters, disputes, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate agreements, including in relation to offshore wind farms, power plants and hydrogen projects.
Before joining Stibbe, Emily worked as a paralegal at a Dutch law firm, advising on amongst others onshore wind farms, and as a legal assistant at a Rotterdam-based organization undertaking offshore activities. She also worked in Stibbe’s Energy & Industry practice group during her studies.
Emily has a bachelor's degree in Dutch Law and a master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law, both from Leiden University.
