Edouard primarily focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated loan facilities, loans and credit facilities, and project financing. In addition, he advises clients on corporate finance, securitisations and capital markets transactions. His expertise also encompasses M&A, domestic and cross-border corporate matters, and insolvency.
Edouard holds a master’s degree in law from the Université libre de Bruxelles and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Maastricht.
Prior to joining Stibbe in 2023, Edouard practiced as a senior associate in an independent law firm specialised in corporate, finance and tax law in Luxembourg.
