Daniël has extensive experience with the Dutch scheme (WHOA), acting as adviser for debtors and creditors, and advising and supporting court-appointed restructuring experts and observers in multiple proceedings. He has also acted as a trustee in bankruptcy matters. He is a member of the Dutch Restructuring Association (NvvH) and a candidate member of the Dutch Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD). He holds a cum laude master's degree in Dutch law (both private and corporate law) from the University of Groningen.
