Caroline focuses on EU and Belgian competition law, State aid, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and broader aspects of EU law.

She advises clients on competition-related disputes, cross-border cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, follow-on damages claims, abuse of economic dependence, and State aid. Her expertise also includes FDI, the EU internal market rules, and other areas of EU secondary legislation.

Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialisation in international and European law from KU Leuven (2019). She also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Competition Law from University College London (2020).

Caroline joined Stibbe’s Brussels office in 2021.
