Bart specialises in domestic and international tax law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations.
He advises a wide range of clients, including private, listed, Dutch, international and multinational companies, on a broad range of complex cross-border tax matters.
He graduated cum laude in Corporate Law from Utrecht University (2021) and cum laude in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam (2022).
Bart is a member of Stibbe’s ESG focus group.
