He assists companies, financial institutions and public authorities on a wide range of complex issues in the fields of contract law, commercial law, banking law and insolvency law. Tobe has extensive experience representing clients in court and is also well-versed in contract drafting and advisory work. He has authored several publications in these particular fields of law.
Tobe holds a master’s degree in political sciences (2009) and a master’s degree in law (2013), both from Ghent University. He is a teaching assistant at the Institute for the Law of Obligations (Instituut voor Verbintenissenrecht) at KU Leuven since 2018. Tobe joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2013. He completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) in 2020.
