Peggy Awater

Peggy represents the interests of insurance companies, brokers and other companies in her area of expertise: insurance law, liability law and compensation law.

Peggy is a civil procedure specialist. Her focus includes coverage disputes, recourse claims and professional liability.

Furthermore, she manages our junior litigation practice and is a supervisor of junior associates.

Peggy holds a master's in civil law and corporate law, both from Leiden University.
