Nathanaelle combines practical experience with a clear understanding of her clients’ markets and commercial goals to create the most effective advice.
She is primarily engaged with administrative law and public law in general – concentrating on various questions regarding complex public procurement, public private partnerships and public contracts. Notably, Nathanaelle has developed a particular expertise in the domain of tenders, public contracts and public real estate.
Nathanaelle is involved in various procedures regarding public procurement and administrative law in general, before the civil courts, the Constitutional Court and the Council of State (Conseil d’État/Raad van State).
Nathanaelle has a master’s in law from the University of Ghent (UGent) (2005) and has completed a postgraduate training in health care infrastructure. She is also regularly asked to speak at seminars regarding public procurement and public contracts.
