Since joining our Brussels office in 2007, Irène has continued to provide pragmatic, business-focussed advice assisting clients in achieving their commercial goals.
Irène specialises in administrative law in general, public procurement, the restructuring of public entities, public office, public real estate and the regulation of the electronic communication sector.
She regularly assists various public and private clients in legal proceedings. Furthermore, Irène advises public authorities on the drafting of laws, decrees, regulatory texts and statutory acts.
Since 2006, Irène has been in charge of History of Law exercises at the law faculty of the University of Brussels (ULB). Since 2009, she has given lectures on Sources and Principles of Law at the Saint-Louis University (USL-B) in Brussels, where she has also been a teaching assistant in administrative law since 2011.
Irène has a master’s in law (public law) from the University of Brussels (ULB) (2005).
