Carole Hensmans
Carole specialises in corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and compliance, as well as corporate restructuring. She also represents clients in litigation related to these areas before Belgian courts and both Belgian and international arbitration tribunals.

Carole holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialisation in corporate law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (2020). She also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics (2020).
Carole joined Stibbe’s Brussels office in 2021.
