Stibbe's Real Estate Transaction Group advised Aedifica NV, a Belgian listed company investing in healthcare real estate, on the further expansion of its portfolio in the Netherlands.

Aedifica invested approximately €7 million in the acquisition of a private clinic in Bosch en Duin that is specialised in cosmetic-, eye- and orthopedic surgery, through Aedifica’s joint venture with Dunavast-Sonneborgh.
