Seminar 'Sustainable Finance: how do we finance our way to green?'

Sustainable Finance and ESG are attracting attention as never before. What do green and sustainability-linked financings look like? What developments are ongoing and what further developments can we expect? Our Banking & Finance specialists will discuss the legal framework of recent and upcoming market developments.

Initiatives of the Loan Market Association (LMA) and recent European legislation applicable to the financial sector and the impact on other financial market participants will be discussed. How do they address ESG (environmental, social, governance) in financings? Our specialists will discuss examples from the finance practice.
