A team of Stibbe’s Real Estate Transaction Group in Amsterdam advised Belgian real estate fund Forum Estates with the acquisition of three grocery stores (4,300m2) in The Netherlands.
With the acquisition of these stores, formerly owned by Kroonenberg Groep, Forum Estates contributes to its ambition to remain the leading grocery store real estate fund in Belgium.
Forum Estate is a Belgian real estate fund investing in grocery stores in the BeNeLux. Amongst its lessees are leading grocery stores such as Spar, Carrefour and Albert Heijn.
