Philippe Campolini, partner in our IP department and board member of EPLAW (the European Patent Lawyers Association), is panelist during a webinar on the contraversial Bayer judgment and its potential impact on patent litigation in Europe.

Together with an international panel of practitioners, the Bayer vs Richter (CJEU C-699/17) judgment will be debated. The webinar takes place on 18 February 2021 and is for EPLAW members only.
