Stibbe advises ID Logistics on the acquisition of GVT Transport & Logistics for an enterprise value of EUR 80 million.

By acquiring GVT Transport & Logistics, ID Logistics actively pursues its international growth strategy. The group will consolidate its positions in Europe by creating a key logistics player in the Benelux.

ID Logistics is an international contract logistics group, with revenues of €1,643 million in 2020. The group has more than 340 sites across 17 countries and has 21,500 employees.
